What C1B does

C1B is a caregiving log and planning tool for Apple devices. It helps you keep care profiles, plans, daily checklists, medications, appointments, notes, contacts, photos, history, sharing, and exports organized in one place.

What C1B does not do

C1B is not a medical device, clinical record system, emergency service, or source of medical advice. C1B does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition, recommend care decisions, monitor emergencies, or replace professional medical advice, clinical judgment, emergency services, or instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.

Your care information

The care information you enter is yours. C1B does not acquire ownership of it. You are responsible for the information you enter, the care decisions you make, and making sure you have appropriate permission or authority to record information about another person.

Accuracy, schedules, and backups

C1B stores the information you enter and shows it back to you. C1B does not verify entries against medical, pharmacy, or clinical records. Review care profiles, medications, schedules, checklists, notes, exports, and shared records before relying on them.

Care plans, checklists, appointments, and schedules are convenience tools only. They may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, missed, or unavailable. Do not rely on C1B as your only process for emergency, clinical, legal, or safety-critical decisions. Keep any backup, paper process, or other safety process that your situation requires.

Exports and shared records

PDFs, summaries, checklists, plans, notes, and other exports from C1B are for personal organization and communication. They are not verified medical records, pharmacy records, prescribing records, or clinical documentation.

If you share a care profile, export, screenshot, or file, you are responsible for making sure the sharing is appropriate and authorized. You are also responsible for managing who has access to shared information and for reviewing recipients before sharing sensitive care details.

Purchases and subscriptions

C1B may offer C1B Plus subscriptions or C1B Unlimited purchases. Purchases are billed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription rules. C1B does not receive or store your full payment card information.

Prices and available plans may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period. If a subscription ends, lapses, or is refunded, access to paid features may change.

Apple services and device features

When you download C1B from the App Store, Apple's standard terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply unless a separate app license is provided.

C1B may use Apple services and device features such as the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, device authentication, Photos or camera access, Calendar, and sharing tools. Your use of Apple services and device features is also governed by Apple's terms, privacy, and security practices.

Acceptable use

• Do not use C1B to record, share, or export information without appropriate permission.
• Do not misuse sharing features, interfere with the app or website, or attempt unauthorized access to other people's information.
• Do not rely on C1B as your only source for emergency, clinical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

Changes

C1B may change over time, including features, pricing, availability, supported devices, and these terms. Features may be added, changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Stopping use and termination

You may stop using C1B at any time by removing the app from your devices and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple. Removing the app may not delete data already stored in iCloud or device backups.

C1B may suspend or terminate access to app features if you violate these terms, misuse sharing features, create risk for other users or the service, or use C1B in a way that is unlawful or harmful. If C1B is discontinued or a feature is removed, export or save any records you want to keep while the app or feature remains available.

Disclaimer

C1B is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes warranties of availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the C1B developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, claim, cost, or damage arising from use of or inability to use C1B. This includes issues related to care decisions, inaccurate or incomplete information, shared records, exports, service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on app content.
